We hope you are very happy with your website order. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it. We'll do our very best to find the right products for you.

 

Returns Authorisation

If the product/s you ordered is faulty or defective and you would like to return it to FGX Europe Ltd, please send either an email to customerservices@fgxi.com or a letter to the Returns Department at the address shown below, quoting your website order number, the item(s) you would like to return, the reason for requesting the return and whether a replacement item(s) or refund is required. We will then contact you with a returns number and further instructions on how to return the item to FGX Europe Ltd.

Packing the items

All items must be returned inclusive of all accessories and in the original packaging. The item must be securely packaged and include a short note explaining the reason for return and the invoice number, along with the returns number. Where possible, the packaging in which the item was sent out should be used for its return. Courier collected items require tracking labels to be attached to boxes. Please make sure that if the manufacturer's packaging is used, that it is packaged securely or inserted in a separate cardboard box so the labels do not deface the product box. Ensure that the authorised returns number is also written clearly on the outside of the box above the address.

Mailing items back to FGX Europe LTD

If you wish to return an item(s) purchased from our website that is faulty or defective or where we have delivered the item(s) in error, then FGX Europe Ltd will refund the postage of any delivered item(s) up to a maximum of £6.00. Goods found not to be faulty or defective will be subject to a re-stocking fee. If you wish to return an unwanted item(s) then it must be done so at your own expense.

Replacements or Refunds

Returned item(s) can be replaced provided they are still available, changed to another product with any cost differences adjusted accordingly, or refunded to your card with adjustments made for any applicable postage charges.

Returning an unwanted item

If you decide that you no longer require the item(s) purchased from the website then you have 10 days in which to cancel the order. Items should be returned to FGX Europe Ltd in the exact condition they were sold and packaged with all accessories. FGX Europe Ltd will issue a refund via the original payment method within 30 days of cancellation, providing proof of posting is in evidence.
